Signing Terms

Payment methods

Payment will be made via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business.

Refund Policy and Fulfillment Window

Once appointments have been purchased and marketing has begun, orders are absolutely nonrefundable. If however, we are unable to fulfill 100% of your order within the allotted time frame for your appointment tier, you have the right to request a refund in the amount of the unfulfilled order quantity. Refunds require 30 business days from the date of approval to post to your account.

Standard Tier Fulfillment: Allow 180 days for fulfillment per every 40 appointments ordered.
Executive, Federal and Platinum Tiers Fulfillment: Allow 360 days for fulfillment per every 20 appointments ordered.

Fulfillment clock on re-orders will begin after the previous order is fulfilled.

Cancellations and Responsibility

Clients receive contact information for all prospects interested in retirement consultation, insurance and financial services. If a prospect cancels, there is no charge to you. However, in the case of a no-show, we will charge for the appointment, as you have been given their phone number and email address to facilitate rescheduling.

Responsibility for Outcome of Appointments

Clients assume full responsibility for the materials, presentation and outcome of scheduled appointments and seminars. Client is responsible to complete an Outlook or Google Calendar sync and provide availability on said calendar within 3 business days of the on-boarding email.

Our Responsibility to Clients

Appointment Gurus guarantees the provision of appointments purchased, and prompt and friendly customer service

Seminars & Webinars

Clients agree to pay 100% of marketing and planning fees for seminars and webinars in advance. Please note that charges for seminar planning services do not cover venue costs or venue booking fees.

Appointment Reminders

You agree to receive appointment reminders, from Appointment Gurus. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at info@appointment-gurus.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Administration Fee

An administration fee of $19.99 will be applied to your service contract. This monthly recurring fee covers administrative costs associated with managing your account (including, but not limited to, having clients book the appointment directly to your calendar, confirming each appointment via email and text) and can be canceled when appointment services are fulfilled. Cancellation must be administered through email request to info@appointment-gurus.com.
